Hard to put in a chucker & impossible to see in grass!
Oh, how I hate to say we were disappointed by a Chuckit toy! I purchased this for my black Lab Norman since he usually delights in any Chuckit products.Sadly, these were a bit of a miss.Firstly, they are difficult to use with a chucker and almost impossible to see in the grass! Bad for me and bad for Norman if he hasn't got his eye on the ball. They bounce around and are okay but they aren't a favourite and one he leaves behind if there are other balls in the mix.Bottom line - though it pains me, I wouldn't purchase these again. Consider changing the colour to one we can find in a field!

Why green?
my dog loves balls and these add a little bit of a challenge particularly when he's playing by himself. Like it that they whistle as they fly through the air although it does mean that due to the holes they sink when dropped in water! Think I'd prefer that they didn't whistle! My biggest problem however is that they're green! I like the bright orange of the normal chuck it ball as I can find them in grass when out in the field. Change the colour and I'd give it 5 stars.

Great balls .... bomb/dog proof.
Better .... but not quite as good as I had hoped. I've bought many chuckit balls over time, not because my dogs demolish them ... nope, they aren't tennis balls. All chuckit balls are virtually dog proof. No i lose them to my Spaniels insistance that she take them into the river with her and then she lets go and they drop like a stone. Well.... tese do and the 'whistler' type do as well. These are an odd shape and *just* fit into a ball chucker, but what surprised me is that they don't bounce really erratically UNLESS you use them indoors. That's a shame because i'm neve going to play 'catch the ball' indoors with a spaniel. Outdoors .... well grass and even pavements don't seem to invoke te chaotic bounces that you might have imagined. My one request from Chuck IT is lace make the balls float. The best balls though are the whislers .... they really get the dogs fired up

My Dogs most favourite ball, Ever!
Well my Dog loves these! We buy them on a regular basis, saying that they do last a long time and are very robust. These balls are my Staff’s world and I’m sure he is genuinely in love with them. All he wants to do is have it thrown for him and chase it, non stop!As the balls are shaped to be erratic it’s great fun for the Dog as he can’t predict which way it’s going to travel.

Less erratic more, mildly random
Really good, super durable ball from chuck it. I love their other products for their durability and these seem to be of a similar construction. Rather than a round ball, these are multifaceted to create an element of random bouncing although this is minimal. It doesn't really fit into a ball thrower, however best results for this ball are obtained when rolling it across a hard surface such as a path.

Best balls out there
Had these for 3 years before i bought replacements. The replacements were really bcos i lost one and the other started to split. After 3 years you cant complain. Not especially erratic but does the job!

Great balls :)
They was bought for Christmas but the dog sniffed them out and ripped the box open so got them early, he loves them he chucks them around and they bounce everywhere in all directions, they have a soft touch to them so don't break any teeth, they are made from a soft rubber that can't be chewed up its the first ball he's had that he's not chewed into bits all over the floor, and believe me he can chew up any thing he's a old tyme bull dog, I think because its a sort rubber he can squash it in his mouth and be satisfied with that. This is definitely the best thing I've spent my money on that as not been thrown away in a week I know he will have these for a very very long time . I would 100% recommend these to anyone who owns a dog you will not be disappointed

My Whippet Likes it
Liked the idea of an unpredictable ball for my Whippet to chase around after. It’s not that unpredictable but enough for him to enjoy playing Fetch. It has a texture that dogs like because that’s how they experience their world so for him, it’s a good ball to play with.
