Mackinac Moon Open Top Craft Tote, 14-Inch by 10-Inch by 8-Inch, Black with Pink Animal Print

Gosh this tote is perfect for me. I needed to find a good way to caddy my toiletries back and forth to the communal shower. It's made of sturdy water proof vinyl inside and out, and the handles are strong enough to accommodate heavyweight items so my hand does not hurt while carrying all the items. The open slots allow me to see at a glance all of the items I need to have instant access to, without the burden of searching through a duffle bag. It stores easily up on a shelf in the closet and I know that everything I need for my grooming needs are ready to go. It's feminine, cute and stylish that can be used for anything, not just crafts.

Mackinac Moon used to produce an open top craft tote in a giraffe pattern that was so popular, it sold out everywhere. Used giraffe-pattern totes sold on ebay for upwards of 35 dollars. Yes, used. Everywhere, shoppers were posting messages: 'where can I get the giraffe-pattern tote'? Mackinac Moon decided not to sell any more of those. The tote they decided to sell, the one you see in the photo, is supremely ugly, with garish, clashing colors. I was stunned when I open the box. It really looks like a cheap piece of junk, although it is the same tote! I don't know why Mackinac Moon decided not to sell any more of their wonderful, best-selling giraffe tote. I guess, like old joke goes, they couldn't keep 'em on the shelves. Returning this one.

These totes are fantastic. Thanks to some info on another site, I filled most of the tote with paper rolls and small boxes cut down to height of sides. Things do not roll around or get lost even if only one item is in a box or roll. Purchased to use as a wonderful sewing basket, another purchased for art/crafts. Warning: husbands may eye with envy.

This is a great product! My daughter uses it in her bathroom to hold all her hair supplies, makeup, deodorant etc. Cleans very easily and makes everything accesible without being all over the place!
