Cleans very good
This has helped clean the tips of my soldering irons. I checked videos about this product and it says its meant to melt and turn liquidy, but this one doesn't and because of how small it is, it can't clean the lower side of the tips.Overall, it leaves the tips clean

It is the world's daintiest and smallest container
A decent product but the container is basically a homeopathic size.If you are a mouse, flea or perhaps a four-year-old child engaged in soldering, this quantity might be perfect for you. Not a very good value at all.

Works well at protecting my Pinecil iron's tips.
Tip tinners are basically an essential buy if you work with soldering irons. Doubly so useful if you use TS100 style tips (eg. Pinecil) as they are more pricy to replace if you eroded the tips down.My tips look nearly new despite a fair amount of use on them because of this product.

Better on heavy oxidation than thermaltronics
I mostly use thermaltronic’s tip tinner but I find SRA’s tip tinner to be better for heavier oxidation than thermaltronics. For me both are worth having around although I use SRA’s for the tougher jobs and less frequently. The fumes from SRA’s are a little harsher even with good ventilation.

Impossible to roll your tip in it
The product works if you can get your tip in it. It looks exactly as the picture shows... however, the product at the edges starts at only the halfway point of the container. The product is concave inside the can, so, there is only about 1mm of product in the center of the container. When you try to roll the tip of your iron in it, the side of the container gets in the way because there is so little product in it. You can only get the very tip tinned. This is not worth purchasing.

Just as I had expected, works as described.
Not much to say, it is tip runner. Instructions are included if you have never used the product in the past. Works as it should to protect your tips.
