This works amazing. But what you have to understand is l tyrosine is for boosting dopamine. If your morning tiredness isn't from low dopamine. It won't work. So for example I'm bipolar. My natural sleep is wide awake at night, exhausted all day. Just my natural sleep rhythm. So if you have something like that going on, this is going to work great for you.If your brain chemistry isn't like that, the supplement might not help you. Also caffeine calms me down instead of giving me energy. All depends on your brain chemistry for this supplement to work.I have been taking l tyrosine for day time and 5 htp and melatonin for night time.It is great to take this, 5 htp and melatonin at night to replicate what my brain should be doing at night and morning and it helps regulate my sleep. Been doing this from 2018 to 2025 every night now. :) first time in my life I have felt awake during the day.

I tried this for a couple of weeks and really couldn't tell if they had any effect on me. I took them at different times at night (8, 9, 10, 11pm...) to try to figure out how long they needed to kick in, but didn't seem to make a difference. I stopped taking them, maybe I'll try them again at some point in the future.

So i took it around 10:30. I woke up really early with energy but was able to easily fall back asleep. Stayed asleep till around 6am when I decided not to fall back asleep and got up feeling great.It was weird I woke up a few times , each time I was clear headed and not groggy but also able to fall back asleep…I like it .Eventually around 6am I just didn’t go back to sleep and I feel wide awake as soon as I open my eyesFirst morning was a successEDIT:Still taking it , sunday night take melatonin and this to fall asleep then wake up early.... still working great. Wakes me up a little earlier than I want, but every time I can fall back asleep easily and still wake up well before my alarm with energy and a clear head which is awesome..... I just take one pill instead of 2 now, does the trick and a little less intense.... highly recommend it to non-morning people. The ingredients seem basic and safe.

I’m not a morning person, so purchased this with hopes of becoming one. The tablets do not have any sort of “time release” and within minutes of taking them, I began to feel a weird mental energy brewing and began to feel very awake. I took them the night before an important event the next day and showed up feeling completely exhausted from the restless sleep I experienced the previous night. I normally take an antihistamine to fall asleep as mild to severe insomnia runs in my family and I’m also affected by it. In conjunction with taking this, the antihistamine did absolutely nothing and I was wide awake for most of the night - so much for waking up at 6am to prep and prepare for the day ahead as I had planned…would not recommend these to anyone. I can’t even receive a refund either, as neither the company or Amazon offer refunds. I expect someone to reach out to me and provide some form of resolution, as this supplement does not do anything close to what the product description claims it does.

I started with only half a pill to test it out, but eventually began taking a whole pill. I was worried it would wake me up too early but it doesn’t if I take it as I’m going to bed. Amazingly it really helps pull me out of a deep sleep, I’m not a morning girl!

First of all, you should know that this supplement is no substitute for sleep just like a couple cups of coffee is no substitute for sleep. BUT the caffeine in coffee can definitely help give you a boost that you need and that's exactly what these supplements do. But unlike coffee, which you actually have to be awake to consume, this supplement will start working before you get up. You have to admit, that's pretty ideal!I never get enough sleep and though I'm generally fine once I'm up in the morning, I have a terrible time actually getting up. I'm not going to say this supplement had me jumping out of bed when my alarm went off in the morning, but it did make getting up a bit easier. I actually found myself waking up naturally 7 or so hours after taking this... I still wanted to hit my snooze button and stay in bed, but at least I was awake! I definitely noticed a difference when I took two before bed and my head just seemed to be more clear in the morning.I've been taking the supplements at around 10:00 or 10:30 for a 6:00 wakeup. That doesn't mean I go to sleep at 10:00; I just wanted to leave 8 hours between taking it and the time I want to wake up.Now for the negatives... Obviously getting hooked on caffeine isn't ideal and once you stop consuming it, you'll likely experience withdrawal symptoms. So, unless you want to take this every single day long-term, once you stop, you'll probably feel even groggier in the morning. It's also pretty pricy and considering taking 2 made a big difference for me, I'd be going through practically 2 bottles of this a month.I'm planning to continue taking this, but only when needed. So, if I have a big event I want to be up and bright eyed for or when I'm traveling or know I won't have immediate access to coffee. It gives me a little extra peace of mind to know that I won't be a total wreck even if I don't get a lot of sleep!

I have a pretty quick metabolism and when taken as recommended this product would wake me up too soon and disrupt the last 25-33% of my night's sleep. I had high hopes for this product as I often have to work a late night and then get up and work an early morning, but rather than waking up ready to go I woke up too soon and was even more tired during the day.The concept is great, but perhaps it would be more effective for someone with normal metabolism.

I have sleep apnea. These help me wake up early in the morning for work. Mind you that I am not fully energetic, but they do help with getting out of bed.
