Make sure you have fun

Great product
My daughter loved using this for practicing back bends/bridge . It helped massively and she can now do these unaided but still uses this to do other exercises! Very useful and secure!

Very good but hurts back
It’s a brilliant product I brought the pink one but I will say when you bend back the padding is not very soft and hurt my back quite a lot. It came with no instructions but was very easy to put up.I would also like to say it get quite tangled but overal it is a fantastic product and I would definitely suggest it.

Great for improving flexibility and posture.
If you like this review please vote it as helpful and check out my other reviews.First let me explain how to use it. You take the black stopped and put it at the top of the door and close the door with it on the other side. You then place your back on the black padding on the bottom of the harness and lean back as the stopper on the door will hold and support your full weight. It does havean adjustable strap to set it to what is comfortable to you based on your height and flexibility. The black padding is very comfortable and doesnt hurt your back at all. The pink colour of it is very vibrant and a great accessory for any budding gymnast. The price is fantastic for what you get also. I would absolutely reccomend this to anyone looking to improve flexibility and posture.

Shame it doesn't come with instructions
Shame it doesn't come with instructions. Bought for my 10 yr old, so would've appreciated guidelines/instructions purely because of the safety element

Fantastic product
I was alittle wary of this and the safety aspect of it but my daughter now does everything upside down! She loves it and it's building her core to help her with her gymnastics.
