Fit Cascade poles and the 2 different sizes and metal inserts make these ideal
These fit perfectly on my Cascade Mountain Tech Carbon Fiber Trekking Poles. The thing I especially like about these tips is they have a metal 'washer' insert down inside them so the metal tip won't poke through the rubber. This should equate to long-lasting. Time will tell. I prefer to use a rubber tip even on trails and I'll use the smaller pair most of the time. The oversized pair look to be ideal for the rocky ares of the Washington State Wilderness Coast. There are areas (going around headlands) where large boulders have to 'rock-hopped', and the boulders are slippery. A walking pole is essential and the tip has to be rubber to grip the rocks - a metal tip just slides off. A considerable amount of force is applied in that situation, and without a metal insert in the rubber tip, the metal end of the pole quickly pokes through. I look forward to my next hike out on the coast to test these babies out.

They fit on my Leki poles but do add weight ...
They fit on my Leki poles but do add weight to them. I only use them for walking on the road. They do protect the carbide tips and are much quieter with them on. I tried both on my trekking trails and preferred to use the poles without them. Guess they were not designed for such use but thought I would give them a try on off-road trails. They are beefy and should last a while.

Construction feels very sturdy. I am a little dubious about the weight ...
<EDIT> Am going to have to knock a star off for durability. Two days of hiking in Yosemite (Upper Yosemite Falls & Yosemite Point on day one, Vernal and Nevada Falls on day two) and the smaller pair of these tips are already blown through. Granted, I was using the poles roughly, to cover 22 miles & 5000 feet of elevation gain across two days. And the traction was everything I could have hoped for, even on the wet, snowy, and slushy parts. But after only that much use, I'm already going to need to replace them.</EDIT>Fits my Mountainsmith brand hiking poles perfectly. Even the smaller pair is a definite increase in traction versus the original tips (which had blown through anyway) that they replaced. Construction feels very sturdy.I am a little dubious about the weight of the larger pair, as they are heavier than the entirety of the rest of the pole. A star off for that, as the extra weight would be come noticeable on longer hikes.

Better Grip for Trekking Poles
I use trekking poles for balance. I have a spinal cord injury as a result of surgery on a tumor in 2010. I have graduated from gurney to wheelchair to walker to crutch to trekking poles. The poles reduce the wear and tear on my thumbs, but they do not have the grip and support of crutches when I lose my balance. These replacement tips have made the difference. I get much more traction and much less slippage from these pole tips. The rubber is thick and rugged. The fit is snug and secure. I'm using the bigger set, but both sets are high quality, rugged and durable.

Well worth every penny!
Substantial and fit perfectly. The interior metal retainer makes a huge difference in the stability of these tips. They should last a long time. They do not skip or skid on hard surfaces such as concrete or tile. So glad I found them online after checking three local "medical supplies" stores.

Good quality and price
Good quality and price. I only needed the smaller pair but could not find how to buy them separately. Nevertheless, I'm happy with the product.

Great replacement tips for walking sticks!
The replacement tips are just what I was looking for! They fit tightly ( had to push hard to get them on) so Theyvwill not fall off. The rubber is solid and substantial...good purchase.
