Natural Perfecting Time Age Defying Moisturizer with Argireline, 2.5 Ounce

FINALLY!!! I had been using basic unscented Olay fluid for years, because it was really light, didn't leave a residue or smell like perfume, and seemed to work fine for my skin type. But as a vegan, I did not feel good about using something that was made by a company that tests on animals. So, I looked into many other products. I went into a Kiehls and got some recommendations, but it turns out they are owned by a company that tests on animals, so that was a "NO!" Then I heard about Bull Dog and Jason -- so decided to try Bull Dog for men as many reviewers here said it was very light and absorbed quickly like Olay. While this is surely a good product for many people, I didn't like it. In fact, I'm even wondering if I'm somehow allergic to it. It absorbed quickly, but it just felt like a coating sitting on my skin. It didn't feel good at all. It also had a weird soapy smell once it dried, which I hated. It seemed to feel especially odd when I would sweat. I felt clammy and would have to wash it off. It just felt irritating. When I finally tried this Devita cream, I did notic that it had a slight soapy smell to it (exactly the same as Bull Dog -- so it must be a common ingredient) -- but with Devita it is very light. In fact, I don't even notice it any longer. It absorbs very quickly, and feels LIGHT on my face! It's exactly what I was looking for! It is a little thick for me, so I use a couple drops of water with it in my hand before applying and it's perfect! I can't say anything about "anti aging" results, because I'm using it for basic moisturizing (my skin will itch after showering if I do not put moisturizer on). But I can say that this cream is great if you are looking for something light that absorbs easily and doesn't feel like anything is really on your skin. Price-wise, it's more expensive than Olay -- but WAY worth it for the quality and lack of cruelty! Testing on animals is unnecessary in 2015.

The authentic product of this type is amazing. This is the first time I purchased this from this seller. When used the product I knew something was off. I checked another tube I have of the same product to compare ingredients, but both tubes list identical ingredients. The recently purchased one smells like there is either an inferior pungent ingredient added, or perhaps its just rancid or many years expired. I attempted to return the product days after receipt and the site says "This product is not eligible for return." The product is unacceptable but the unwillingness of the policy to remedy the problem is beyond unacceptable.

I have used literally dozens and dozens of different products from different brands, half of which were those with natural ingredients. Out of ALL of these products Devita's Natural Perfecting Time face lotion is hands down the best of them all. It makes my skin soft, supple, land almost glowing, but not in a shiny or glossy way. It absorbs perfectly, and it is safe to use under the eyes because all of the ingredients are totally natural. But my favorite thing about Devita's Perfecting Time face lotion, is that in contains argireline - so it tightens and firms while smoothing and nourishing your skin. It really does work like botox! It's unbelievable. Number 1 on my list of favorite face moisturizers! Only the "Perfecting Time" version contains argireline, so don't think that just because it's Devita and it's a face lotion that it is the same. Argireline is one of the ingredients in found exclusively in "Perfecting Time."

I liked the silkiness of this moisturizer and how it goes on very smoothly. High quality product for the price. But did not realize Argireline is a form of liquid Botox. I stopped using this moisturizer after learning more about Argireline.

First time I bought this product was from the natural products aisle at the local hippie grocery store. I was looking for a light moisurizer that would moisturize without making me feel sticky, goopy, greasy, or oily. Excellent product! I have combination skin, but oily in the t-zone. This absorbs quickly and complete without leaving a greasy residue on the skin. It doesn't really smell like anything, and it never burns or stings. It's full of Aloe Vera and other natural ingredients that I can pronounce without difficulty. Second time I've purchased this product, which is unusual for me. I will continue using it as long as they keep making it. :)

i already have great skin, so i cant say i noticed anything amazing about this product. its very creamy and smooth and it does go into the skin, (there are many products that do not penetrate and just sit on top of the epidermal layer). that said, however, i needed to put on another richer cream on top... i prefer to have super rich creams. if you like creams that are light and fluffy and without scent, then this is perfect for you.

I have found my new love! This moisturiser is absolutely wonderful! It's the first time I've felt great about a face cream since the early days of the brand 100 Percent Pure. Their creams were amazing until they started using lower quality ingredients that did not absorb (face creams started feeling like body lotion).DeVita moisturiser is natural, feels clean and healthy, but most of all, makes my face feel soooo soft ( I use their C serum first). Love it!

I bought this product and it is nothing like the previous one I had and loved (not from Amazon). This one has a strong unpleasant smell; makes you wonder if you should use it. I also got the night moisturizer (which I recommend), it has all the same ingredients than this one but with no smell at all. Go wonder?

This is great moisturiser... I have acne prone skin and this does not cause me pimples. I also have sensitive skin, but I don't have any problems with this cream. I am young woman so I am not sure if I need a age defying cream yet, but this has worked for me and I am glad I bought this one.
