It Works Great & My Last Lasted Nearly a Decade
This is actually the second time I have purchased this overflow drain cover for our tub. We bought the last one in 2016, and it lasted until about a month ago. One of our dogs was very unhappy with their new diet and decided to take it out on my power cover. With it being completely unsalvageable, I was worried I wouldn't be able to purchase it again. Thankfully, it is still made, and it's the same quality I expected.I admit, I nearly bought one of the fancy-colored ones. The last time I purchased one, there was only clear available, but alas, my husband thought it was silly. Instead, I left with my trust cover. This cover has fantastic suction and stays put throughout your bath. Water doesn't come in at all, which is exactly what I expect. I hope this lasts nearly another ten years!

Another part of my bath triad: The extra depth is totally worth it!
What an odd product, but I am so happy to have found it.First, I love taking baths. Usually a great way to relax and unwind, I try to keep myself submerged in the warm water and listen to some music. I have never really paid too much attention to all of that previously. However, one thing that always bothered me was the size of the bathtub, as well as its design. I am 5'10", not tall by any stretch of the imagination, but cannot really stretch well in the bathtub. Thus I lie in this half-seated, weird position where a quarter of my body is outside the water (torso, knees, etc.).One of the reason is that the bathtub as an emergency drain - located close to the inlet. This emergency drain will remove any water higher than around 4 inches from the top rim. A great mechanism that avoided many disasters, I am sure, but since it is always open, it basically removes a large volume at the top of the bathtub. One day I thought I would be clever and put some plastic bag over the emergency drain and filled it up more - it kind of worked and allowed me to fill the tub with more water. The Eureka moment came when I was researching this topic and found a full-blown, well-designed product that featured the same thing - but without the weird plastic bag hassle. This overflow stopper is a great nifty product, that has only one function - moving the overflow higher (ideally to the rim of your bathtub). The 3-4 inches you will gain in height totally changed my baths - my body can now fully submerge, knees, torso, everything. Together with my other bath-related triad of products, this product truly changed my life. For those interested, my personal bath triad consists of [and I reviewed each of them]:- This bath overflow drain stopper for the ultimate 3-4 extra inches of water- The bath pillow for the ultimate comfort while lying- Some Japanese hotspring bath salts for the ultimate luxury spa-water feelingOverall, an absolutely fantastic item. Really easy to install and remove, very unobtrusive, great design and a great way to elevate your bath experience. The only downside is that I have seen other bathtub emergency drains where this product might not be compatible - so check your bathtub before.

Works great!!
What a difference a full tub of water makes! I found that the suction works perfectly when the tub is filled. The suction didn’t hold after a few times when I put it on before filling it. Just a tip for those who said the suction didn’t work.

Works like a charm!
This is my second time buying one of these. The first one I bought pre-pandemic, and has lasted for years. I only bought a replacement because in one section on the outside of the rim, a tear was in place and the rubber was starting to get a bit worn out/wobbly. Other than that, the ripped one STILL worked in my bath, but I figured for $10 it was worth a little upgrade to have a non-ripped one. When applied correctly, this is awesome for having soaking epsom salt baths and allows you to submerge without all the water going into the overflow drain. Definitely recommend!

It works!
This product works exactly as it is designed to work - suctions securely to my oval shaped tub around the overflow drain, and allows me to fill the tub several inches fuller than without it which gives a nicer soaking experience. I’ve used it twice and had no leaking. Also removes easily, which I do after use so that it can dry out and not end up mildewed.UPDATE: Three months of light use and the suction cups are falling off. I've used it maybe 8 or 10 times total, and some of those times I ended up just leaving it in place rather than pulling it off the tub to set aside to dry like I did at first, so there hasn't been excessive pulling on them. It's no longer usable because the suction cups that have already fallen off are the ones along the bottom of the cover, so it doesn't seal water out along the bottom edge. Work so well initially, but just did not last.
