This is the third keyboard cover I’ve tried for my recently-purchased Lenovo E490 laptop. One cover was more made of rigid plastic instead of silicone, which provided ideal protection but made typing extremely difficult. The other cover was similar to this one in that the material made of flexible silicone but was not the exact fit it claimed to be, it was slightly too long and that made it so the cover didn’t conform to the keyboard and an area would bubble up, allowing dust and debris to flow in and serving as a major annoyance. This cover is just right, the diagonal partitions at the bottom of the cover that make room for the mouse buttons make all the difference in my opinion, it just makes for an exact fit with no excess material. The silicone material makes typing easy and with this cover being a perfect fit, I don’t have to worry about dust or minor spills getting in between the keys and harming the laptop. A $7 investment that will likely add months or even years to the lifetime of the laptop. I’m so pleased to have finally found a cover that fits perfectly and doesn’t infringe on my my ability to type, through trial and error and at long last.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I liked the colors of this product. It’s durable and it doesn’t hinder the process of typing. The price was very good and the quality is great!!

Fits perfectly on my Lenovo T14, but it’s a little loose so sometimes typing a key is a challenge but it prevents dust from accumulating, so it serves its purpose. 4 stars because it’s not a perfect fit

thinner than other keyboard covers i've used, pretty color. has a matte feel on the top. for reference i have a lenovo P1

Fits perfectly on my T460. I used the clear double-sided stickers that it came with. It's not a perfect solution for spilling drinks on a laptop, but it's better than nothing and when it's late at night and I'm working on a project, I tend to get tired and lazy about the proximity of my food.A tiny bit flimsy, but the backlight shows through well. I like it.

Paper thin. How can companies market items that's weigh nothing and have 0 substance...

It's a perfect fit for a Carbon X1 Gen 6 but the material is very stiff. Give how shallow they key travel is on Lenovo keyboards, combined with the stiff material it's very hard to press keys down fully.I've used other keyboard protectors before and they are made out of a much softer and stretchier material. But this is far too rigid to be useful.
