Item arrived in a very secured box thus preventing possible damage to the product. The seller was very helpful in answering all my questions, updating me on status of the shipment along the way. The bed itself looks great and solidly built. It is the master piece in our master bedroom. Assembly was quite easy, all parts are accounted for. The only problem I had was that one of the slat is a little bigger and wont fit in the plastic holder/joint. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase.

The bed itself is very nice, and the customer service is very good as well. But, before buying this bed, you should know that the inside dimensions are exactly the same as the mattress dimensions. For instance, if you bought this in a King, a King mattress is 76X80. The inside dimensions of the bed is also 76X80. That leaves you no room at all to tuck in your blankets when you make the bed. I had to return mine because of that. Other than that, it was very easy to put together, and it seemed to be made well.

Beautiful bed. I have the classic power bed base. I used the 4" legs and have a 12" mattress. It is a tight squeeze to build it over the adjustable frame and had to remove the strip of wood the slats are supposed to attach to we aren't using (pic attached). The bed is easy to put together...I did it alone in less than an hour around my existing bed. The headboard has two pieces, the top piece you see in the pics and a smaller one that attaches at the floor level. I left the latter off as my power base is in the way but it does not affect the integrity of the bed in anyway. The bed is white - not bright white but white. I have great time nigjtstands that look great with it and are an ax act match in color. Couldn't be more pleased. Exactly as advertised.

Love love love it! Great quality and love the look for my modern bedroom, its low to the ground switch we like, finding a nightstand will be tricky due to that and the back on the bed is low, so we have to use pillows at times for our heads. But otherwise we do love it!

Beautiful, sturdy and heavy. Note, it is very low to the ground. We knew this and prefer this style. All the sides and edges are soft padded and good for small kids to not bump into or fall off from a high bed.

My husband and I purchased the California king bed a while back and put it together about a month ago. When I tell you we were pissed, not with the finished product but with what we had to go through to put it together. We received the parts (sides, headboard, footboard, slats) but did not receive any screws, bolts, feet for the bed, nothing!! We had to go to a few stores to piece together what would fit here and there. It was a nightmare! Love the bed but please make sure you have EVERYTHING!
