Great quality!
This Master canopy pop up tent is built with excellent quality. It offers a good amount of shade for the ball park, it’s fairly easy to use and could be put up by one person if needed.

Questionable customer service
Update 3/11/2025:I still hate overseas customer service with a passion. But I will say that I received all three replacement parts rather quickly. This product was outside the warranty window, however; this company obviously stands by their products and did not charge me for the replacement parts. What i will do with overseas companies in the future is spend the money ahead of time for spare parts to have on hand in the event this happens again......or, only buy from u.s based companiesThe product itself was rather durable. However, customer service contact has been an absolute nightmare. Some parts broke and I reached out for replacements. Was advised after several several days that the parts would be mailed. Months later, no parts. C.S is more than likely overseas making it a pain for communication (email only, no phone calls). Would not recommend this product based solely on the questionable C.S

Good quality & Easy setup
I needed shade for some new plants which were getting too much summer sun for their small root ball. I also needed a small canopy. So, I decided to get the 6' x 6' canopy. After researching many canopy tents, I bought the Master Canopy (which was 6.6' x 6.6' feet). It arrived on time and was well packaged. It weighed about 29 pounds. It came in its own zippered case with wheels & handles built-in for easy transporting. I opened it and took everything out. The instructions were on the case (so I cannot lose them), although this is easy enough that you will not need the instructions after setting it up the first time. After watching the video's (here & You Tube), I set it up. I opened the frame part way, I then put the tent cover over the frame and then continued to open the frame fully. You can select 3 different heights by moving the tent up and down the poles by the lock holes to make the tent even or, if you prefer, can tilt the top (where one side is lower than the other side is higher). This Canopy Tent includes all the stakes & rope tie-downs you need to anchor the Canopy. However, I knew I wanted to sometimes put this up on a concrete patio (where I could not use stakes/ropes). I have a windy space but the canopy did not move in 20 mph wind with no anchors at all. The built-in roof vent helped, no doubt. Still, we get gusts much higher, so I added 80 pounds of weights, or 20 pounds at each corner. The weights I used were US Weight Tailgater Canopy Weights Set of 4 with two sets. Each weight is 10 pounds. With two sets I got a carry strap with each set and carried 40 pounds with 20 pounds on each side of my body. Then repeat for the second set. I wasn't strong enough to carry 80 pounds at one time. The weight fit the Master Canopy legs perfectly. My baby plants are well shaded now. I can also adjust the position of the Canopy as the sun changes elevation through the year, although I plan to take down the Canopy once the weather cools off. I'm very happy with the ease and quality of this Canopy and recommend it.P.S. In the photo, there is one plant in the sun, a dwarf Orange Tree which needs full sun. Shaded plants include a Gardenia and Heavenly Bamboo. In case you are wondering why there is new fence behind the tent, last Winter our 40+ foot Cedar tree fell on our neighbors house, taking out our fence and landscaping. Thus, another chapter of "Adventures in gardening".

Save Your Money
Had high hopes for this canopy but it was a total fail. It looks nice when first set up but just did not have what it takes for summer shade. It was set up on the back patio in a space protected from wind on two sides by the house. There was no issue with the structure other than the mechanism to raise and lower the canopy did not function smoothly, it worked but required two people. The problem was the canopy fabric. The fabric was very thin, and more plastic than fabric. The fabric began to fade from tan to bleached out off white within about a month. As the summer progressed the fabric started to become very brittle. The corners of the canopy where it joined to the frame began to split about two months into its use. Shortly after the corners began to split, the canopy began to split at nearly every point where it came into contact with the frame structure. As the fabric became more brittle from sun exposure, the splits grew. We took the canopy down about two and a half months in because it was functionally useless due to the fabric splitting. The canopy was supposed to provide shade so one would assume it should hold up to sun exposure but no. The canopy was essentially plastic, woefully unable to handle morning sun in the midwest where high temps are in the upper 80's on 'hot' days. If you are looking for shade I would suggest looking further, and looking for canopy fabric made with a cotton content which this canopy totally lacked. Nicely stated, this canopy is not worth the money. Bluntly stated, this canopy is junk.

Good for the price point (Maybe)
Update 05/01/25: Read all the below info too but bottom line is that it rained .26” this afternoon (actually rain gauge measurement) and the canopy trapped water on two sides (photo attached). It’s obvious that the canopy doesn’t fit tight on the frame. So disappointed. I’m returning it.The first time it rained (less than .1 inch) the canopy sagged and caught several gallons of rain water. All the Velcro straps were properly fastened so this is cause for concern. The canopy material is pretty light weight and will not likely withstand long exposure to the sun but it appears that part is replaceable for a fairly reasonable price. The frame is less sturdy than my previous canopy ( same brand) but it’s easier to set up. I purchased my original Master Canopy in the spring of 2022 and it lasted until the fall of 2024. Overall, the new canopy is probably on par with what’s available today and reasonably priced but I’ve had it for only about two weeks and I’m starting to get concerned.

It lasts during heavy rain and winds
This canopy was one of the best i have ever purchased and i purchased a lot. I left out in extremely heavy rainfall and high winds and it is still in great condition!!! Works great as well on the beach!!! Absolutely love it!!
