The first time I used these vitamins my girl friend turned me on to them. She gave me the half of bottle she had left. Maybe a little more than half. I used them every day and within a matter of 2 or 3 weeks I could see the difference in my hair. It started growing and getting thicker.So I decided to buy my own bottle of Nature Made.I just took two for the purpose of the review.They are very sweet and easy to digest. No hard swallow. These things are so darn yummy, taking them is my favorite part of the day! LOL I always want more than the suggested serving. I think my hair, skin and nails are benefiting from taking them but, even if they aren't, the gummies are so good I'm going to continue taking them regardless LMAO!
