Elope Doctor Who Tenth Doctor Swirly Neck Tie

Good enough, is what my star rating means. For photos and beginner costuming, this s a great buy. Very inexpensive and it has all the major features people are looking for. As a collector, critic and cosplayer, there are too many things wrong for me to recommend it more highly. There is a video review on facebook at 10nant Cosplay that says it best. The highlights are, the color is off on the background color as well as the design, the red highlights are not there at all, the CL symbol was printed too low on the tie so you can't see it properly and the pattern repeats whereas on the original it does not. Their Anniversary tie is much better, I am sad that I cannot speak as highly of this, much more popular, tie.

I like to wear ties in everyday life and although I'm a huge Who fan, I didn't want something that felt overly tacky or obvious, like a TARDIS tie. This one fits the bill perfectly. I don't expect anyone will ever recognize it as a Doctor Who-themed tie, but if they do we'll be friends for life. :)The tie itself is what I'd call moderate quality. It's a printed tie so there's no texture to it. Doesn't look as luxurious as a "normal" tie, but worn casually it can still look pretty sharp.

If you are looking for a quick fix for a Tenth Doctor costume for Halloween or a one time or seldom wore cosplay, this tie is fine to be worn a few timea- BUT if you cosplay the Doctor several times a year, and you are even somewhat of a stickler for being screen accurate, this tie is NOT the for you. It cheaply made, and it shows .it is simply a cheap poly-cotton blend fabric with the ties's design printed directly into the fabric. The main brown is too warm and red, and the fabric has no sheen to it, as well as the pattern of the light blue swirls on this particar tie needs to embroidered rather than pronted. I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend who's cosplay bread and butter is the 105th Doctor, but I was expecti a better quality than it sss

While this product never claims to be 100% screen accurate it really never makes an effort to look like they've seen the original piece. The colors are flat out wrong being too bright and certain colors just missing. Nothing is correct here but as a novelty gift it could make a kid playing dress up very happy.

I have purchased this tie twice now for my son. It is well loved and wonderful quality.He enjoys dressing up as the 10th Doctor from Doctor Who and the tie was an important component for his Cosplay.He is only 10, so I had to shorten the tie a bit to fit him better. I was able to do so quite easily.

I was not sure what to expect at this price point, but was very happy to see that for the price it's a nice tie. Great for daily use not just cosplay. The background color of the tie looks more red in the photo online, but it's a pretty normal mid shade brown. I may buy the other ties in this collection as I really liked this one. I recommend it for a Doctor on a budget or just because it's a nice inexpensive tie

This tie gets four stars ONLY because it isn't silk. I bought this initially for my son who is a Whovian and he was delighted. I loved the design and quality of it so much that I bought a second one for my husband (who would never classify himself as a Whovian). He likes the design -- it's neither boring-ly conservative or outlandish for his business suit.

This tie is alright. I was hoping I would be able to wear it for work occasionally..unfortunately the coloring on it feels a bit 'off' for everyday professional use. For a 10th doctor cosplay, it's perfect!
