Sturdy and easy to use

We use this lock on a shared car parking space, along with a heavy chain. The lock allows all of my close family to use the code and access the space whenever they need, using one code that we all know. Very strong and secure. Even though it's outdoors, we've used it for over 5 years and it still haven't rusted or broken.

The Locks look fine and are simple to operate, can’t understand how anyone would find them difficult, by the way I’m in my 80’s so even a crusty can manage them..They appear sturdy enough and will have to operate outside, so time will tell how resistant they are to deterioration.Well done Amazon, the delivery driver drove past my cottage, but Amazon Plymouth arranged for someone to re-deliver on the same day.

I'd bought two garden hose reels, and was concerned that someone might casually just walk off with them. I noticed that there was the ability to put a lock through in order to prevent that happening (without at least a bit more effort). However, it required a long shackle in order to fit around it, so I ordered these and they seem to work great.They run off a 4 digit combo lock, where you can set the combination yourself by turning the shackle to a different angle whilst unlocked - you can then set a different combination.I'll keep an eye to see if they last the season, but for now, very happy.

Seems well made but only just fitted on a shed, so we'll see if it withstands outdoor conditions. One problem we had was setting the combination code . The process is straightforward but the dials turn as you move the latch back into position to set the code. I had to spend about 20mins trying different permutations to figure out what the code set as. Once I figured it out ( it wasn't what i set it at) the lock appears to work as it should.

Bought a set as I needed one for the gym to store my bag in, however my partner one so it was imperative I bought the two pack.However, one of them didn't work upon arrival. I emailed the customer service email on the back of the product and Jan got back to me very promptly to arrange a replacement to be sent and it arrived within 3 days.One of the best customer service experiences I've had, so much so I had to leave my first review of an Amazon product!Thanks Jan!

Can’t really say much yet about weather proof but it seems secure and is easy to set the code.Update: after a month of heavy rain and some snow this has survived well and looks/works as good as new. Photo is after a month of outdoor use.

One lock faulty. Set the code, put on gate and locked. When tried to open the code wouldn’t work so had to spend 20 minutes trying 100s of different combinations to unlock it which it finally did on a combination not even slightly similar to what I set. Reset to Desired combination and tried again. Again it did not unlock so had to go through the 100s of combinations process again. Reset and tried for a third time only for same thing to happen so gave up and had to order from a different supplier. Total waste of time and money
