Excited to Try, But They Never Arrived – Great Refund Process!
I was really excited to try out these coffee stencils with various patterns to elevate my morning coffee, but unfortunately, they never arrived. I was looking forward to using them for some creative designs and fun coffee moments, but it seems like there was an issue with the shipping.That said, I have to give credit to Amazon for their excellent customer service. Once I reached out, they quickly processed an easy refund, which I really appreciated. While I didn’t get to try the product as planned, I’m grateful for how smooth the refund process was.I’m hopeful to reorder again in the future and experience these stencils firsthand, as they seem like a great addition to anyone’s coffee routine. Hopefully, the next order goes more smoothly!
