Facial Steamer - White - Facial Steamer - Softening, Pores, Cleansing, Moisturizing

Everything was packaged well. The product works tremendously! I'm so happy to have added it to my skincare routine. I would highly advise reading all of the online post and paper directions thoroughly. You have to run it through one cycle of water before using it or you will experience a terrible burning rubber smell. It is due to the manufacturing process, but if you do not follow these instructions you will have a bad first experience. I made this mistake and then read through everything. After the first use, it has not smelled odd at all! Do not put essential oils or anything other than distilled water in this steamer. It was not designed for that and could damage the machine.

This is a great little steamer and I love using it once or twice a week. It really helps when I'm trying to open my pores for a facial and it makes your skin feel so nice and dewy afterwards. There's just enough room for water to have a quick ten minute session but that's all I ever need so that's ideal for me. I also really love the sleek look and the white color it's in because it's easy to store in the open without looking tacky or bulky. PS it does come with an extractor kit (although it's not the most amazing quality).

It is affordable, and the size is perfect. My skin was dehydrated and tended to look dry and dull because of the lack of moisture. I use it two to three times a week, and it gives me moisturized and smooth skin. I use my toner while I am using the steamer. Day after using the steamer, my skin keeps its moisture full day, which is very pleasing. The product itself is easy to use. The steamer operates for around 15 minutes with a filled water tank. I recommend using distilled water to last your product longer!

This product is so easy to use, it does what it states it will do and I really love the results it’s had on my skin. My skin is kore hydrated and smooth. However it came a little scratched up (the surface area that the steam comes out) After a few uses I noticed the steam takes a little longer to project (maybe something to do with the sensor for the water) Functionality wise I think it could use some work as far as quality but it does do what it says it will. If you’re looking for a long lasting machine however I would look elsewhere

I'm very pleased with this purchase. I leave it out on the counter all the time because it looks so good--small & sleek--& because I use it all the time. With a towel over your head to trap the steam, it provides a pore-opening deep steam, good preparation for a mask; without a towel, it's a very fine misty steam, good for adding moisture to the skin before putting on moisturizer.For longevity, I empty all the water after every use & let everything dry out

The media could not be loaded. I’m very pleased with the steam power this little device produces. Excellent addition to my skincare routine in between my Esthetician visits. Using the steam while I cleanse my face leaves my skins feeling hydrated and with a natural glow.My only recommendation would be... DO NOT use tap water. Great water quality will extend the life of this product. I recommend distilled water

This was a Christmas gift for my dad and I have loved it. I had a little issue with the machine but the seller personally reached out to me and helped me figure it out. I would personally recommend this seller just based on the attentiveness and dedication they exhibited.P.S: Always make sure to use purified water! Any other type of water will react badly long-term!

I loved the steamer until it stopped working properly. It stays on less than 5 minutes then Automatically shuts off. The water tank is 3/4 full. I will contact the company and report back.UPDATE 12/10/20: The company immediately responded to my email and is sending a new steamer. Will update when I receive.UPDATE: 12/14/20: I received the new steamer.
