Full of recipe ideas
Not a how to, and not a set of comprehensive recipes. This book is meant to provide you with ideas and a STARTING point recipe if you want to try making wine from this or that fruit or veg. I have owned a copy or two of this book for the last nearly 30 years, and it doesn't lead you wrong. But remember, if you want to make fabulous wine, you need to stretch your wings beyond these very simple recipes.

Great book, delivered fast and full of different wine making recipes, I'm going to try and make them all, well I might give the onion wine recipe a skip lol, if you love making wine then this book of resipes will give you lots of inspiration.

Lots of recipes.
Recipe book is good but it needs a glossary or something to list what each chemical is named and what it does in the wine making process. It also should go into a little better detail as to problems that may be encountered and what to do to solve them. This book appears to be for the more experienced winemaker.

A wide range of Great wine recipes
These are simple, but well described recipes that allow a beginner or experienced winemaker to make delicious wines from a very wide range of fruits and vegetables--even onions! We love the Orange wine recipe. The best part is these recipes do not rely on canned concentrates. You can use the fruits of the season to make them--peaches, dragon fruit, apricots, grapes, etc. A great way to preserve your home grown fruits when you have more than you can eat.
