excellant quality, tight fit to 24 oz cup, great bright color

I bought these (several colors) to protect my water cup (16 oz mug) from my cats. I have two Tervis mugs that these lids fit perfectly. I have one very similar mug, not Tervis, that fits very poorly. The lid fits snugly on the Tervis mug, then you push it down until it clicks. There is no leaking. The spout is well designed and pleasing to drink from. I don't recommend picking the mug up from the lid.I'll still use my screw-on mug at night in case I knock it off the night stand, but it's a great solution to my water cup being used as a water bowl by my cats. It's also dishwasher safe, so I can put the lid in the dishwasher and just rinse out the water cup.

This Tervis lid was exactly what I needed to fix my husband's favorite Tervis tumbler! The lid had gotten too old and worn to fit tightly on the cup any longer, so I knew he needed a new lid! I made sure I selected the 16 oz tumbler lid, although a black lid (originally on the cup) was not available, the maroon lid is more than acceptable! It is the perfect size and looks just as good on the cup! The sliding drinking cover works just as expected. It seems to be made of the same, durable plastic, easy to clean (even in the dishwasher) material that you expect from tervis! Perfect!

The top fit perfectly on top of my pink dolphin breast cancer Tervis tumbler. I bought my tumbler on eBay without a top. But I knew I could get one either through Amazon or from the Tervis store or their website. So I just waited until the price went down and bought it. The top came after 2 days.

I bought this lid specifically to add to my Stanley Beer Stein, which doesn't come with a closing lid. This one looks nice, fits perfectly, and works great.My biggest complaint is with staining - I bought the white one because it looked the best, but virtually anything with color will stain the underside of it pretty badly. Even after a thorough wash, the color still lingers. It's not a big deal since it's only on the inside, but I imagine lipstick would stain it pretty badly on the outside as well. I'm sure that's really only a problem with the light colors though.Another thing I have noticed with Tervis lids - I have one that came with a travel mug I got years ago, and after frequent use and washing, the lid has absorbed quite a bit of that funky dishwasher stink. It's not a total dealbreaker, but the plastic seems to be a little more porous than I would prefer.Overall, this is a nice cheap lid if you either need a new one for your Tervis, or specifically if you need one for a Stanley Beer Stein.

These are lids and they fit our Turvis tumblers. That's all we ask of them.
