Very good quality, Indian products are nowhere comparable.
Heating is just enough for hot fomentation, the Indian products literally burn your skin

INSTEAD, THEY ASK ME TO CONTACT THE COMPANY AND THE COMPANY SAYS THAT SEND IT BACK FOR REPLACEMENT PAYING COURIER CHARGES TOO. EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PRODUCT IS NOT GOOD.
