The media could not be loaded. I bought this product few days ago and the first time I used it the pump already had issue. Afterwards the pump is not working at all looks like the piston inside is spoiled or somethingg….. plus the when i tried to to pump it the oil was just leaking from the cap.

I used it and it works as mentioned in the description, giving good fragrance. Overall its a good product.
