I read through the reviews on a lot of these products before settling on this model because it had one of the highest ongoing performance ratings, even though it was not the aesthetic I was looking for. When i got it, i actually decided to return it because it is so large (almost as big as our 2 liter electric kettle) and i just don't have the counter space. But then i tried it...1. It's ridiculously easy to use. Have you tried those steam wands? Nightmare! Especially on milk alternatives. Steam goes everywhere. Inconsistent results. A pain to keep clean. This is so simple to use and rinse.2. I wanted the steam feature - froth is bonus for me. I was tired of my coffee going luke warm because of my beloved cream. Now I get a great temperature and a yummy frothy consistency. It tastes even better and it doesn't make make my coffee cold.I rearranged my kitchen to keep this thing because I don't want to live without it. I don't care if it looks like a SpaceX coffee pot. This baby has rocked my mundane adult world.Now the true test: Let's see how long it lasts.

I purchased this to go along with my new nespresso machine. I absolutely love it! You can't beat the price and it does an awesome job. It froths perfectly and evenly heats up the milk for my espresso. I do wish it had an option to make the milk extra hot. I like my dink to be SUPER hot, especially when I know I will be leaving the house with it. I did try heating the milk a second time as soon as it finished it's first "cycle" in the frother, but there must be some kind of setting that won't allow me to heat again. I am sure it is a safety setting but it would be awesome if I could get it extra hot!

Best frother I have tried. I was hesitant with the low cost, but was purchasing for travel and didn’t want to spend a lot. Works better than more expensive ones I have tried.

In the beginning all was perfect. Milk was hot, froth was lovely and tight, but after 3 weeks spinner started spinning too slowly and all that resulted was big bubbles, "stirred" hot milk but no foam.The button works fine, and it is good value for the money, coffee and cappuccinos taste great. It's easy to clean, comes with a great cleaning tool.My friend had the same brand and hers has worked perfectly for over a year,. I had the froth from hers every day when I stayed with her for a visit,and it inspired me to get one, instead of using my handheld spinner to froth milk with my espresso machine.Amazon has helpfully replaced mine, now, so I am hopeful it will work well.

I really love this frother but after a month , it stopped working properly. It now takes two minutes before starting. It used to start right away pressing the power button. Now I press and nothing happens. Two minutes later it starts up. So weird!! Such a shame becuase it makes the best froth!!

Love this. Sleek. Looks great out on count. Super simple to use. I even used with skim mil when I initially got it- and it made great foam!

Looking at it, it looks like a large plastic mug, but it does what it is suppose to do and does it well.There are 2 attachment options that are included (one for frothing milk; the other for steaming milk) that attach to the bottom of the .... cup.There are MAX limit lines for steaming or frothering the milk indicated on the inside. (each has a different max line)Poud the milk,cover, pres the button, and depending on which attachment used, the milk is frothed or steams quietly in under a minute. (it was done before the coffee was done pouring).THe instructions do note to wash the container after use but ONLY once the container has fully cooled.def a gret buy and no more cold coffee after adding milk!

This product does what it's supposed to do. It is easy to use, has a simple design, works well, and feels sturdy. My biggest complaint is the cleaning of the machine. It is one piece, and you have to be extra careful when cleaning it and not overfill it with milk. If the company redesigns it to be removable so it can be thoroughly cleaned it would be a five-star product. This product is worth the price I paid and I would buy it again.
