Great item made me feel much better in my self . Tastes hood as well.

First time I've taken a supplement and found noticeable results. Every morning when I got up I would feel giddy and bump in to things, since I've been using this I haven't any giddiness at all and generally feel better in myself. Works for me.

I have started using this product taste is fine, value for money, I see a difference in taking it not much as I'm still taking it I'm just new in taking it .

I take this due to below recommended levels of B12. I won't repeat my bloods till the end of January so can't say how effective this is for now, but within 4 days my cognition has improved. The taste is quite nice although the very first day the taste lasted several hours, which I am only guessing my body was in shock that I had lots of B12. Not happened since.Some people report they can't get the liquid up the dropper, here's my tip: Pump the dropper in the liquid really fast, 3 times. Works every time.I also use this along Vivo life vitamin D where my bloods came back as a noticeable improvement, so I'm hoping the same for this product.

Okay, not sure thay are actually doing anything though. Have been using them for about 5 weeks now but will finish the bottle. It does taste great aswell so easy to use

This is excellent if you take Omeprazole which destroys your vitamin B12. Two drops a day and it compensates.
