Sri Ramanuja Gita Bhasya

I absolutely love my copy. The translation is excellent and gets the work across clearly and Sri Ramanuja's commentary is, of course, amazing. It's the entire reason to get this edition. It also came in good condition and has held up great so far with being carried everywhere and constantly being flipped through and written in.

Ramanuja is used by several translators of The Bhagavad Gita. He has plumbed the depths of its verses and makes them more understandable of Lord Krishna's psychology, teachings, and also the cultural standards and implications. My critique isn't really enough. One must be a student of the Gita to realize the importance of it and Ramanuja's commentaries.

This is book my husband has been wanting. He is loving it! Book came sooner than expected.

The book have mold stains on it (see pictures), both on the edges of pages and inside, and looks like the paper is of very bad quality. I like Ramanuja's comment on the Gita, I have a digital copy and wanted to have the book on paper. But this is not acceptable.

Meant for serious Bhakti Vedantin.

I would trade every book I've ever had or read just to have this One Book. Beautiful, straightforward translation from so long ago... just amazing. Ramanuja is king. This Bhagavad Gita is my favorite. They need to make a version that is gilded in gold with a beautiful cover like they do with all these Bibles now a days.

The paper and printing quality of the book are very good. The binding is excellent and durable. The presentation is good and perfect for scholarly pursuit.

Any translation of this great Song of Lord can only be good

The supreme Personality of Godhead Sri Krishna can only be reached by unalloyed devotion to him. This is the conclusion of this book. Om Namo Narayana.

Yes I think this is the only book available in english towing Shri Ramanujas version. Great work. Great effort by swamiji.
