Respironics Wisp Nasal CPAP Mask Replacement Frame Clear…

This product does not hold up well over time. When my last frame broke, my regular provider would not expedite my order and I must have this to sleep, which they knew. I don't know if someone else produces this product or not, but the Philips brand is cheaply constructed and I have gone through many of these!I want to thank Amazon for getting this to me very timely!

Absolutely prefer these than the fabric ones which dont last as long. Ive had the 1 i bought at beginning of 2023 and havent needed to replace. Buying extras to have around just in case. Comfortable is a plus. I would recommend these to anyone looking to replace the ones provided with the CPAP machine. Buy 1 to try it out just in case you dont like it, but i dont see why you wouldnt. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using the Respironics Wisp headgear and mask for several years. It stays in place and doesn’t leak air, even when I roll around in my sleep. I typically replace the headgear every 9-12 months. I bought this silicone one because the cloth ones are hard to clean. I like the idea of the silicone, because I can wipe it clean every day. However, it is a different feeling against your skin, and not as comfortable as a soft fabric cover. It also leaves the same strap marks when you wake up. I’ve had this one only a couple of months, but I noticed a couple of cracks at the mid-point that sits on the cheek, right where the pieces meet that go above and below the ear. Only the side that I sleep on is cracking though. Anyway, this product does what it says, fits he headgear and mask as it should, and feels like a solid, not flimsy, product.

I ordered this silicone frame since my Health Medical supply company had put a hold on the mask system due to a recall on the magnets in the kit containing the silicone frame,Velcro headset,nasal cushion,short tubing and magnets.My previous silicone frame needed replacing or I had to go get a fitting for a new brand of frame.I just removed the magnet fasteners from the silicone frame and headgear and threaded them through the frame and I was all set.This is authentic name brand product.Quick delivery.

I had difficulty replacing my mask frame until being told Amazon carried them. I ordered the Wisp package and was thrilled that it worked until I received a notice from Amazon that it was not to be used because of toxic chemicals in the plastic. Somehow I lost the email and would like to show my health provider what it said. Did anyone else get the email? I really would like a copy of it. Any help for this?
