I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for this one. The Waterdrop Water Purifier has completely exceeded my expectations! The installation was incredibly easy — I’m not very handy, but it took me less than 10 minutes.Right away, I noticed the difference in water taste. It’s crisp, clean, and has no weird aftertaste like my tap water used to. The multi-stage filtration gives me peace of mind, knowing it’s removing harmful stuff like chlorine, lead, and heavy metals. This filter and faucet combination is the answer for those who are tired of messing with pitcher filters or sick of spending tons of money on bottled water.Well packaged and all parts included. Installation is as simple and easy as they say. Took me all of 10 minutes and I am no plumber. Surprisingly strong flow for a carbon filter. Does not filter TDS but chlorine taste is gone.Awesome customer support. I had a concern about a factory installed connection. Contacting support, there was no "try this, try this". Agent arranged for a new unit to be sent without my having to even ask. They followed up to ensure it arrived and that all went well. Customer service as it should be. This product is easy to install and works great. I was a little discouraged because someone delayed in getting it to me on time or according to the time they said. After I received it. it was easy to install, and we have been using it with great satisfaction. I put the filter in the water sprayer hole. We hardly every used the water spray and it fit right in the hole. I left the sprayer connected and zip tied it under the sink. The water has been great. It is so much better than the one we had attached to the facet.

Installed just a week ago, and so far so good. Our area'a water is awful, high sediment and iron, hard, just bad (not as bad as Michigan, of course). Found the installation relatively straightforward despite dealing with the smallest font I've ever tried to decipher on an instructions sheet. Packaging is top-notch, and it appears from the time you open the box that you're receiving a quality product. Even included a little stick-on filter replacement reminder alarm, which I hadn't anticipated.Vastly improved flavor. It's as if the water tastes "lighter." Doesn't make sense, and considering a potential placebo effect, I compared to a nearby unfiltered tap, and sure enough the filtered is still H2O Lite. Wild.Drill guide stickers; every product that requires piloting holes should include these in the box. They're even printed and cut even (I measured). Couple one of them with a small level, and installing this thing is a breeze.

Ok, first, the filter: I live in Kansas where the water is nasty because the government thought putting tons of chlorine in the water was a great idea. I literally can't stand raw Kansas water, but after it goes through this filter it tastes like nothing (which is what water should taste like). The filter is made from good quality plastic, and it lasts an entire year which is fantastic. Now, on faucet that comes with the filter: it is a good quality metal faucet. Maybe not the highest quality thing I have ever seen but mine is still working years later and it was like $60 for the entire kid so I would say outstanding value and I have had no issues. Installation was simple (read the instructions if you aren't particularly savvy with plumbing), and I have never had a leak. Replacing the filter also takes about five minutes and their replacement filters are also really inexpensive ($26 for the year one). I highly recommend.
