Nice alternative to Calcium Carbonate supplement
Easy to digest, as it is Calcium Citrate. Calcium Carbonate seems to need more stomach acid to digest/absorb so that one usually is recommended with meals. While this Calcium Citrate seems to me to have more flexibility on when it could be taken. (Though its label still suggests with meals).

The Now Calcium Citrate seems to be a good product from a reliable company. The price is reasonable. I take Calcium at the advice of a physician since I am almost 70 and the bones need a little extra help at this point. I also have had to take Prednisone and some chemo type drugs in the last 10 years and this is hard on the calcium (Bones) in the body. For this reason, I take the extra Calcium and will recommend it to others in my position.

Easy to swallow!
Needed a source of calcium citrate that was easy to take. This is the first one I’ve found. It’s great. I’m very happy with it and so is my doctor.
