Q: What is fracitioned eye care?

It is a hyper-concentrated bio-serum for the eye contour. It is designed to target visible aging (both upper eyelids and lower eyelids) including the looks of dynamic lines, static lines, fine superficial under-eye lines, loss of elasticity (especially upper-eyelids), dark circles, puffiness and textural unevenness.

Q: Do i have to put an eye cream after apply this serum ? Or can i apply my concealer on the serum ? Thanks

I do it both ways! With eye cream at night, but often just put concealer over the serum in the mornings. Just be sure to wait a little while before applying concealer.

Q: What color is this serum supposed to be? Mine looks like spoiled vitamin c serum. Golden brown color

Yes, its a clear brown color :) I have bought this Serum on Amazon and from the actual site and they both are the same.

Q: Does it really work for puffiness and fine lines? Natural product?

For me it worked for fine lines— for puffiness I found that a jade roller or face massager works much better not only for product absorption but also for improving overall face tightness
