I was putting in a new shower and this is the awesome! The hand held we put off to the side for days hubby has to sit and shower. This thing is well thought out on the way to use it. So easy to change over showerheads and the turn off on hand held it so easy. I wish I would have found this when we did the other bathroom. The main shower head gives out plenty of water, not like all these restricted water ones. Actually makes showering faster since you don't have to stand there forever trying to get soap out of long hair.

This is great looks wonderful and I love how you can switch it from the top shower to the wand by a turn of a dial.

It works great, I love the various settings on the wand. It's a beautiful piece and our plumber installed it without issues.I love that it allows you to adjust how much water is coming out. So if you're me and don't like a high water bill but wanna shave your legs, you can set it to low and still dip your razor or leg in without wasting all that water. Great feature!However, the only reason it's not a five star item is because you can't run both the wand and the large rainwater head at once, so if showering with a partner, you do have to take turns under the rainwater head, which is annoying but we can live with it. It's very beautiful and we are happy with our purchase!

These fixtures are high quality and probably the best feature in our home. Perfect water pressure and coverage. A delight every single time. We also love how these are ACTUALLY ADA. You'll notice other handheld wands have the toggle at the top of the showerhead, which is useless because anyone who would need to use the wand wouldn't be able to reach it. This fixture has the on/off toggle right on the faceplate with the hot/cold handle. Intelligent and well-made. We searched for hours before we found this shower faucet system and we chose correctly.

I reviewed and looked extensively for the right shower head. I liked the design of this with the hand held wand within easy reaching distance, not up where I have to strech to get to it. It is everything I had hoped for and more. It cost more than I wanted to spend but seemed to be what I wanted. It is!The overhead large shower head is soothing and the hand held with the many functions is easy to use and very convenient.I gave a four star for easy to install. My friend had some difficulty with the allignment during installation. I don't think it was the product but worth mentioning because if you are a DIY it may be good to be aware. There is more to this shower than the standard. But oh so worth it!I have been using my showerhead for several months and enjoy it as much as the first time.I have written more about this showerhead because it cost me much more than I wanted to spend but I would do it again because it is that nice. For something I use everyday it is worth every dollar spent.

Purchased for a bathroom remodel. Great quality and craftsmanship. Love the features on the hand held shower, including the ability to turn off water from the handle, since we mounted the hot/cold lever at the opposite end of the shower. We installed a bench under the rain shower head, making it easy to use for elderly parents.

Super easy to install - husband said this was the easiest one he has ever installed. Loved how the fixture was protected while I installed the tile - I'm a little messy :) I had trouble finding a oil-rubbed bronze fixture with the rainhead and handheld both at our local Home Improvement Stores so I was excited to find this on Amazon. Looks amazing in my new shower!

Handheld shower head lost water pressure within the first few weeks after installation. Now sprays water like a sad limp stream instead of the “jet spray” it initially was.Tried to follow the trouble shooting steps, but no improvement. The actual rain shower is still great.
