Water Filter Tree Filter Better Drink Better WLF-3G DA29-00003A

Very impressed so far, i usually use the water sentinal brand but lately their prices have gone up too much. Figured i would give water filter tree a shot. Perfect fit in my samsung rf268abbp. This filter also has 100 more gallon capacity prior to changing (400 total vs 300 for sentinal). The water coming from the fridge has no odor or taste and the pressure is good. This is my new "goto" brand of filters. This has the square type notch on the filter head (newer samsung has a shark tooth style and wont fit older fridges with the square head).Update, after 2 months or so the water taste quality had diminished.

This is not a direct replacement for the DA-29-00003G. It would not screw in at all. Overall the filter is made of cheaper materials. O rings are smaller than originals. Sending this back and buying the water drop brand.

Plastic taste not diminishing with use. Not comparable with OEM. Do not recommend.Follow Up after two months. Very little improvement in water taste. Plastic taste remains. Contacted by vendor, but offered no resolution to my dissatisfaction and no follow up after requested information was provided. If you need a water filter for a Samsung refrigerator, purchase an OEM filter. Do not waste your money of this filter. Just purchased OEM filter to replace this filter.

This is the second time I have used this brand for replacement in my Samsung Refrigerator. Does the job as well as the Mfg. filter and costs a whole lot less.

For $12 it's a great value. But the plastic is softer than oem, so at first install the plastic bent and it jammed into the filter. I had to cut more of the plastic at the angle to allow the item to slip into the hoister. Other than that, works great, comparable to other filters.

Had a hard time finding a replacement for DA29-00003F (two tabs with white cap) for new Samsung refrigerator. The filters with three tabs and red caps do not fit. This one fit perfectly. However, the water tasted cleaner with the original Samsung DA29-00003F. Unfortunately, the original is not affordable for me. This one fits. The outer packaging was ok, but the manufacturer filter boxes were all torn and filters were scratched. Nonetheless, I installed one of them in the refrigerator and seems to be working ok.

Absolutely does not fit a Samsung model RS277ACRS. Sadly, since I purchased it over a year ago, I'm stuck with it. It's going in the trash.

It worked and I saved bc I got two for less than one!

I purchased the replacement filter instead of the Samsung DA29-00003F and it is MUCH better. We've had issues with the past three Samsung filters because they reduced the water pressure massively. We've also has some taste issues. This Water Filter Tree replacement fitted easily and has increased the pressure to how it should be. We can buy three for the price of one Samsung filter. I've already ordered a spare.

Always bought original but price going up rather than down ! Thought competitive brands probably cracked the technology and will be matching the original : Wrong assumption , water doesn't taste as beforeWent back to original after paying extra : lesson learnt

Chose this after reading other reviews - and finding the branded Samsung filter is now £45! Very impressed with this one, works exactly the same as the branded version at a fraction of the cost, I'll definitely stick with these

Good does what it should easy to fit

Unlike other manufacturers filters I found this one extremely difficult to install. It took several attempts and a lot of force to get the filter to turn and lock into place. I very nearly returned the filter but on a last try it finally went in ok. At £9.99 it was a bargain but I guess you get what you pay for. After this experience I will not buy another one.
