The product worked well initially and did exactly what it promised — kept my WiFi running during power cuts. However, after a few days of use, it suddenly stopped giving any backup at all just zero minutes. This was disappointing since I was happy with its performance in the beginning.I’m hoping it’s just a battery or internal issue that can be resolved. If the company improves durability or provides a prompt fix/replacement, this would easily be a 5 star product. Function wise, it’s great just needs better reliability.

I faced a minor issue with the backup battery, and the company’s customer support was simply amazing. I contacted them on the number provided, and they responded quickly and professionally. After explaining the backup issue, they offered to send me a new replacement without any hassle. Really impressed with their service and commitment. The product is also working well otherwise – compact and easy to use. Great experience overall!

I have two ofthese back ups. One has worked great for over a year. The other stopped working after 7 months because the power switch melted. Customer support was very helpful though. Because the product was still under warranty, they sent a new one for free with little hassle.

Very good value for money UPS. Ensures seamless wifi connectivity during power failures. I have been using it for around 18 months. Faced an issue during the 1 year warranty period and their Customer support (Shubham) very promptly helped and replaced it with a brand new UPS. Never expected it. Was pleasantly surprised.This is ideal companion for every wi-fi router.

I was quite excited about the product when I received it and it is nice touch and feel, good quality but was eager to see what backup time it actually gives. I was surprised a little bit and disappointed at the same time since it only gave 1 hr and 45 min backup where company claims it to give upto 4 hrs. I was atleast expecting not less than 2.5 hrs. Still giving it 3 star since atleast it gave me 1.75 hrs backup when it required.

Performance wise it is good. Main reason to give a 5 star is to acknowledge the support provided by customer care while replacing the old one due to compatibility issue. I had order a 12w mini ups, but somehow I had received a 9w though I didn't check and started using. When i came to know about backup issue, customer care supported even when I am returning a 9w ups after 10 months instead of 12w. I really appreciate that customer care didn’t put me on spot and just tried to help me get a replacement.

I am using it with an Airtel Xtreme router that is 12V 1.5A that consumes little higher current than usual 1A routers that are mostly in the market. I am getting little over 2 hours of backup.On the technical side, it has 2S (2 x Li ion batteries in series) with output of 3.7V (max 4.2V) per battery. It uses DC to DC setup converter to get the constant 12V output. The season behind the compact size.On return/Warranty: After using it for about 8 months, my mini UPS stopped giving backup (the mini UPS would die as soon as AC mains is cut off and so would router due to no electricity supplied to it). I reached out to the Oakter as it was within the 12 months warranty. Their support team is very prompt on the whatsApp, they tried debugging with me while requesting me to do a couple of combinations and videos to validate the device itself is the problem. After a couple of test and videos, they promptly confirmed the battery has gone into deep discharge, and they will be send me a replacement mini router. The delivery of the replacement router was well within 3-4 days. After nearly six months of usage, here’s my honest feedback:The backup was quite impressive in the beginning — easily lasting over 3 hours during the first couple of months. However, it has noticeably declined over time and now holds for only about 1–2 hours.But credit where it’s due — the customer support team, especially Ankit, was superb. They responded promptly and resolved the issue without any hassle. A genuinely smooth and satisfying support experience!
