This actually looks beautiful now that's it's installed. I gave it a low rating because for 60 bucks I was expecting a 3D medallion. THIS IS A STICKER. It looks hand painted when on the ceiling, but I still painted over the scrolling with metallic paint to give it more depth and panache. If it were $20 I would've given it 4 stars.
