Your whole green chilies already skin and ready to eat. They are not hot. They go great with spaghetti. They’re very delicate not chewy, but just perfect. I haven’t found any of these along time since I lived in Texas but you will love that. Is there a little expensive but they’re hard to fine. I totally enjoy my green chilies. Set lights on my wake up and just go and open a canna. Need to call Ray chilies right out of the can they’re so delicious.

Absolutely love these and the whole chilies are almost impossible to find in the stores anymore!

Why on earth we can't get whole green chilis in Tulsa is beyond me. I've used these for years. I'm glad I can get them on Amazon. Just wish they weren't so pricey.

Me and my daughter love making chile rellanos out of these peppers. Convenient quick delivery at a much better price than Hatch chiles. I ordered both andcould not tell the difference in taste.
