Works on 06 Ford f150
I have no complaints except one. It's a mm to big. It doesn't fit with the ORing. You have to buy a round Ford oring that sits on top on the thermostat and the water neck actually squeeze it into place. Holding the thermostat down and in place. I took out the 190 that was in it. Because California laws require the 190. The 180 works much better. It heats up nicely and runs cool. I now live in Wyoming where it gets below zero at times and hits the 90s in summer. So I needed a good hard working thermostat. It's been in my 2006 Ford f150 4.6 V8 for 38 days now. So far. I have had no problems.

Solved my overheating
Truck is a 98 F-150, 4.6l engine. I flushed the system, replaced the thermostat, and added new coolant. Before, my truck was overheating when going over 60 or "getting heavy on the pedal". The heat gauge now stays below half and doesn't go over, though I haven't taken the poor thing over 75 mph. This product is cheap, and changing thermostat is an easy job in most cases, so I recommend it.
