Easy to use and just the right size!
The big one is about 40 grams skin and 60 grams paste filling, and then you can still add your salted egg yolk in the middle. I've not tried the small one, but i'm guessing, it is just half of the big one, and still be able to add the salted egg yolk in the middle.
