I make homemade cinnamon rolls and I am happy with these pans for making, baking and taking them to family, friends and coworkers. All disposable pans are delicate when you put heavier baked goods like cinnamon rolls but these are much better than other brands I’ve tried. Although it takes a bit more time, I also like the more secure folding edge to hold the lid compared to the snap on lids. If I put them in a bag to carry, the snap ones will sometimes pop off. No worries on that with these. The only thing I would caution is if you are making goods that rise a lot, you have to be aware of the height of the lid, it is a little shorter than some kinds of pans with lids.

These are pretty durable if handled with care. I use them for my homemade cheesecake. I didn't get any bends in them while using them at any time. They arrived well packaged without damage to any. The count was accurate on both the lids and pans. I would recommend these.

These don't work for pies. They are great for other items but the lids do not fit around the circumference of the top with the crust. You'd have to make a very short crust that does not go all the way up in order to fit the lid on. I wound up having to do a makeshift fix by tying the lid on with string and it's just sitting on top of the pan, not secure. Not very professional for bakery use.

Great depth! I make cinnamon rolls for the local farmers market & my neighborhood. These are great for proofing the cinnamon rolls & go straight into the oven, place the plastic lid on & deliver! Can place up to 4 cinnamon rolls into the pan perfectly.

Pans are great. Lids fit fantastic. I've ordered these pans 6 different times. Each time I've had to throw away 6-10 pans from being smashed in transit. It's getting a little old.
