it was horrible. Thought it was lemon zest. Tried it but the taste was horrible. Dont know if it was bad but I couldn't return it even though the seal was broken. Asked my Chef about it and he said "No Good"

More bitter than bright. Not as 'lemony' as expected. I have used it in marinades and in scones and it disappointed me in both.
