I’ve always wanted a MacBook and last year I decided to go back to school and thought a MacBook would be better for school work since my Acer crashed not even a year after getting it. But a pre owned macbook is the cheapest way to go but it does seem that my battery dies quick and the screen seems to fall back like the hinge is sprung. But overall it’s a great starter macbook for anyone wanting to test them out.

I initially received the laptop fairly quickly, but upon getting it setup there was an issue with the battery. So I ended up returning it and was going to go elsewhere for another one, but I received an email saying they would quickly send out another once I dropped off the first one at fedex. I received the second one a couple days after shipping the first one and so far it looks and works great! On top of that they sent it with a case for the laptop, headphones, and a wireless mouse. Great customer service!!

Bought this thinking I was getting a good deal. It’s sold through Amazon renewed but the company is tech4less. Terrible idea! Computer wouldn’t stay on unless plugged into charger, keyboard did not work, and it was logged into someone’s account and I had zero password access.

I love the computer. But it won’t stay charged for long. I can literally only use it for 1 1/2 before dying. Moves quiet bit slow. But I guess if got my money’s worth. Over all I like it. I went the cheaper route to see if it’s best for me and my company. I will by the newer model I love apple products

I ordered this laptop, and it was in excellent condition. Everything worked as was supposed to. It was not compatible with Garage Band though, and was not the right model for my daughter. I returned it and received excellent customer service with prompt refund.

I love everything about my laptop; good so far no scratches looks and runs new at a great quality speed. I will buy again from this seller.

The laptop is very light - that's the good part. The bad part is that its AirDrop function does not work with iPad Pro.Thank you, nevertheless.

Super happy with the macbooks, I bought two for my kids to use at school and they both arrived before the suggested time. They are almost perfect and work very well, one of the chargers did not work and the great customer service send me a replacement in 3 days, thank you very much Rene. In short, happy children, happy father.
