10 g'nights, 5 blue stars & CAUTIONS
I used this bed while visiting my son this past month. I inflated and deflated this bed 10 times.I like a firm bed. I was able to get the firmness I desired. In the information provided with the bed is the reminder that the bed is made of PVC. You should expect this product therefore to have some stretch during first uses affected by temperature changes and body weight. I weigh about 200 pounds. If there was stretching of PVC for those reasons it was minimal- I did not notice it. My bed remained comfortably firm each night.Other things I noticed about the bed:The center grid is the firmest while the outside frame is only slightly less firm. It did not affect my sleep or comfort. The deflating and inflating operation is noisy. It only takes about 2 to 3 minutes to operate depending on how firm you like the bed. For me it was just below 3 min.I would strongly CAUTION operating this with children present or if unit is going to be used with children. I imagined the danger to the product or child should such exuberant youth come rushing in upon the bed thinking they were helping to deflate the unit by pouncing on the airbed. This would not be good. ALSO, the cord should be wrapped up and stored in the built in cup when not in deflating or inflating modes. Always unplug the cord and store it properly after deflating or inflating the airbed. The cord is exposed and young children may be tempted to play with either the operating dial or the cord itself. This may be discouraged by having a custom sheet made to put over the bed while inflated and/or setting bed up with that end close up to a wall away from outlets a child might play with. (I would recommend that in future manufacturing, perhaps a snap on cover can be made to fit the cup when the cord is properly stored inside it. Or a velcro or snapping style flap or slide on cover be incorporated in the design that shields the operating dial and cord area.)Provided with the airbed is a storage bag. The folded nicely and fit with ample room inside the provided bag. The bag closed with a draw string. The bag also has two handles for easy carrying or even hanging to store.I did take video of inflating bed. And still shots of the dial/cord area as well as the bed in the storage bag. Now I just need to figure out how to add them to the review. In all I had 10 good nights and give this bed 5 blue stars.

Excellent sleeper
Bought this for an upcoming camping trip. For my purposes I was looking for a mattress that can handle many inflations and deflations and hold air well for a few nights in a row. I also wanted something a little higher off the ground. Note that if you're camping you have to have access to electricity to get the bed pumped up.The mattress inflated in a couple minutes, very quick. I like the way the pump is built in and has a place to store the bundled up cord as well.No Leaks; Comfortable, and a lot easier to get out of bed due to being a raised mattress:- I first inflated the mattress around 9:30 a.m. the day it arrived. 12 hours later it had no noticeable air leakage. For a few years when camping, I have slept on air mattresses with a 2" memory foam mattress topper added to the top. That is how I plan to use this. My son (wieghs about 100) has been sleeping on it this way for five days with no noticeable leaking. He likes it a lot. At least for these few days he has preferred it to his own single mattress with 2" memory foam on top.- The mattress may have expanded a bit after the first night (the instructions warn this may happen) and thus may have lost a tiny bit of firmness, but I couldn't really detect it. Regardless, I put a tiny bit more of air in after the first night but none since, and it is still working great for my son.- I have also sampled the mattress myself (240 lbs) for a short bit on the first day and today 6th day. I can detect no loss of air or firmness, and it seems as comfortable or a bit more comfortable than past air mattresses. The greater test will come after deflating and folding the mattress again, then re-inflating for my Labor Day camping trip. But so far this is holding air far better than the 4 or 5 previous air mattresses I've owned.Raised edges: I thought the slightly raised edge all around the mattress might bother me. I'm 5'9" and like to hang my feet off the edge of the mattress, so at the top it wasn't in my way, and down by my ankles it didn't bother me. This lack of bothering me is in contrast to a pillow air mattress I owned in the past that bothered me either at my head or my feet dependinng on which direction I was laying.

Update - BAD WARRANTY SERVICE - DO NOT BUY
Nightly use for sleeping + daytime for sitting - very comfortable. Held air 100% perfectly - for 19 months. Then POP! big lump in center and losing air. It's turning into a beachball - hard to stay on.But it lasted so long, ordering another - FAST!2016 Update: 2014 New bed went bad right away - replaced by SimplyGlobo. Replacement went bad right away - USPS lost my warranty claim and I had to buy another (AFTER paying the newly required $25 replacement payment - which has not been refunded).March 2016: Latest purchase went bad after about month and half - lost air daily from the gate then POP! beach ball - SimplyGlobo refused to replace (or repair as 1-year warranty states). They claimed Amazon had to take care of warranty. Not true - warranty is not serviced by Amazon. After many many many calls and emails, SimplyGlobo finally agreed to replace. We'll see IF I get the bed and IF it's any good.My advice - DO NOT BUY. NO WARRANTY SERVICE UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO WAGE A LONG AND UGLY BATTLE.Spend your money somewhere else.
