Glad I was able to get a genuine Kohler on Amazon at a good deal.The tap is elegant and simple and as the plumber who came to fix it said is very sturdy..

It's a good product

KOHLER is my preferred product. However, when ordering the KOHLER washbasin tap via Amazon portal, the product specifications information was confusing. Also, based on communication with KOHLER customer care I was informed that KOHLER do have 15 / 16 /17 CMS spout tap.

Excellent Tap for daily use. They should provide with the aerator key with the tap for cleaning the tap aerator filter.

First of all I'm extremely dissatisfied with the product as well as the service. Now I'll clarify everything - First thing first feedback regarding technician visit - The technician visited last Sunday, actually he did nothing, he just came and go back he did actually nothing not even touch the tap, extremely disappointed, he reported the things wrongly he was tried to mislead, also misbehaved with us also asking for 350 rs as visiting charge, A Jaguar and cera tap was there for 15 years the flow is absolutely fine,at the same place apart from this others taps at the same floor absolutely working fine, never expect this kind this painful experience before. The plumber checked all the taps and to be honest and very frank each and every tap except the kohler one working absolutely fine. Last but not least, the technician was very fishy, liar and misbehaved with us. Again I have to mention the tap is a completely defective piece, after a couple of requests you people not providing replacement so lastly I raised this issue at consumer forum for resolution, consumer forum Grievance Number: 3909777

It was very easy to fit and surely looks great.I just loved its turning mechanism which is very smooth and noise free.It is luxury tap which holds your eyes on it. But there is plastic in bottom lock nutwasher supplied instead of brass one.There should be aerator key with the tap for cleaning.

This is beautiful. It is durable. is strong. But the funda Kohlar has given to clean its aerator with a coin of 5 rs, it is a complete failure. You can easily open it with a 5 rupee coin, but you will not be able to put it back. You will have to roll a lot of papads to put it back.A better thing than this is to open and tighten with a wrench. I would advise people to get an tap with wrench aerator, because if it needs to be replaced, you can easily buy an aerator from the local market, and replace it. But you can't do that with this tap from Kohler.

Its genuine product of Kohler company and seller send me original documents with waranty paper12 years.I will prefer to every person thats if you have money then install only kohler brand bath accessories .
