Great filter to reduce the amount of dust in your house
I bought these for my son who has a problem with a lot of dust in his house. I bought enough so that he can change them monthly. It makes a huge difference on how much dust is in his house

To restrictive on air flow
Really cuts down airflow...not good for furnace and takes much longer to heat rooms.

I am very pleased with these filters.
Personally, I didn't think that these would really help, but the price was good and comments from other buyers was very good, so I tried them. It has turned out to be a good buy, they have helped reduce the dust in our house and were easy to install. The first pack contained sufficient numbers to outfit our duct outlets twice, enough for six months service. I will reorder when required!

A sheet of paper is thicker
These vent filters are so thin a piece of paper would work better. There's an uneven technique in manufacturing these and this leaves "holes" permitting debris to fall through. Despite purchasing the correct size (4x10) the filters also fall into the duct because they don't fit well.
