I have really high arches and it has been causing me problems lately with sport. Due to the fact i run on hard surfaces quite often (playing squash) i developted plantar fascitis. I popped these into my squash shoes and immediately felt a huge different in the support on my feet, and the pain the next day from my plantar fascitis was dramatically reduced. I now have 3 pairs, one for work, another for casual shoes and the final for squash. Definitely a good purchase if you have problems due to your foot shape.I would highly recommend removing your old sole of youre shoe first and cutting the shape of the easyfeet sole around it for the best fit.

Just got my inserts today, after a quick trim, I almost instant gent improvement in my plantar fasciitis. I’d recommend to anyone!

I have a bad foot from a dirt bike accident when I was 21 (now 47). They had to fuse my ankle and heel into one piece- or amputation. I chose to have it fused; but it limits my mobility. Kills me to walk long distances, but Santa decided my lil girls needed to visit Disneyland for the week following Christmas.I was extremely nervous to do this because of how bad it hurts me to walk for a long period of time. I bought these knowing they were prime and I could return them if they didn’t work out. I put them in my Nike free sneakers.We were in the park three days, and between Disneyland and California adventure on my Apple Watch the days looked like this - 10.1 miles, 10.9 miles, 12.6 miles.My 8yr old and 13yr olds feet hurt before mine did!! No joke. These were a miracle for my right foot.How this helps someone trying to decide.

These are nice inserts with an even nicer price tag! I put these inside my new flat faux suede boots, three different pairs of them. They are a whole lot better than other insoles about the same price. These have soft, squishy padding that doesn’t make walking with these unbearable like the other brands did. I only had to trim them up a little in the front, slide them in & Im good to go. I have Plantar Fasciitis & dead with a lot of chronic foot pain. These actually help keep the bad pain at bay. I can’t afford the custom orthotics so these are the best alternative I have found. I highly recommend these inserts. They help me. I enjoy writing honest reviews for my fellow Amazonians.
