I was slightly apprehensive about trying this product as I have a sensitive disposition and have reacted to previous detox products - but 3 weeks in and no ill effects.Other reviewers have listed the products - most of which seem to be beneficial to health - with the exception of the colouring.I tried whilst on holiday so was not expecting weight loss as we were eating out most evenings - however I did not put weight on (not normal for my holiday binges!) so maybe having some effect - I am tempted to but another bottle as I am keen to improve my nutritional input and support a detox regime after Christmas and I think this product is worthy of a repeat order.

I've tried various different capsules in the past year in the hope of improving digestive health and sadly this is the worst by a long way. Despite following the directions the effect of these is far from predictable and rather than keeping things regular it's made things irregular. This is despite no changes in my diet which is always healthy nor any changes in exercise. Therefore I can only conclude that these tablets fail in their primary purpose and therefore represent a huge waste of money

As someone who can not stand green smoothies, kale or most of the new "super foods" that help de-tox this are a good way of getting these wonder foods in my diet.They are quite a large tablet to swallow so need a drink to help them down ( no vodka allowed! ;) ) and I have had no unpleasant side effects at all. As for feeling better, well having cut down on refined sugar and rubbish I had an initial lull and no feel all the better for it and these are no doubt helping with that too.

i personally think detoxing is pointless as your liver is more than capable of removing toxins without any help from supplements or drinks etc, that said this capsules do contain useful ingredients. psyllium husk is good for promoting regular bowel movements. Garlic is also very good for you. They didnt cause me any harm and my digestion was certainly settled whilst i took them.I cant see them having any effect on weight though, and i didnt lose weight.

There is no recommended daily allowance for any of these.The plasticky capsule shell is made of HPMC coloured white with titanium dioxide (E171). HPMC is hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (sometimes shortened to hypromellose), which is a semi-synthetic, inert, visco-elastic polymer with a wide variety of pharmeceutical and food uses (from replacing gluten in whole grain breads to tile adhesive!). In this instance, HPMC is used as a capsule shell in place of products containing gelatine, so the capsules are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. I suppose if you didn't want to ingest the white plasticky capsule shell, you could open the capsules up (just twist and pull), pour out the powder and mix it with liquid or food and take it that way.=== PROS ===- Manufactured in the UK to BRC (British Retail Consortium) safety and quality standards- Part of the Forza range which consists of various food supplements mostly aimed at weight loss- Each capsule contains consistent doses of the stated ingredients in a convenient form without the need to measure out whole foods to take individually- The capsules aren't marketed as being a complete solution and the product does say to increase fluid intake, eat a healthy, balanced diet and exercise.=== NIGGLES ===- Don't be sucked in by the 'natural is good' line: tobacco, ebola and death are natural whereas vaping and modern medicine are not but could be argued to be better than the former!=== PRICE & QUANTITY ===At the time of writing this review, RRP is £23 for 90 capsules. The instructions say to take one capsule twice a day, making this a 45 day supply.
