After about 4 months, there was a problem with the zipper and when I contacted the CS , they immediately offered to send a new backpack. Very happy with my purchase

I don't write many reviews, but I am very happy with this purchase. The backpack seems well made and very sturdy. No hanging threads, cheap plastic or flimsy parts. It is more pricey, but after over a month of use, we're very happy with it. We had a small issue with the backpack and the customer service went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this product!

Backpack was nice, quality was pretty good, however the design on the sides for the water bottles didn’t have a good design. The two main pockets were in between the water bottle mesh holder and it made it extremely difficult to open the backpack. Even more so when you try to pull binder, folders or any items in and out of the pockets. That design was a total bummer for us. My daughter and I really struggled with it. If it wasn’t for that, I would’ve given it 5 stars. Unfortunately it wasn’t functional for us. Thankfully we were still in the return time frame so I was able to return it.

My 10 year old daughter loves the rolling backpack. It’s the perfect size and the handle works smoothly.My issue is the lunchbox. The zipper on the bottom part won’t stay closed. The top part is a good size, but with a water bottle and hot food container, it’s a tight squeeze. We picked this set because it came with a lunchbox.It’s only been 5 days of school so I’m hoping the backpack holds up. As of now, I would recommend the backpack without the lunchbox.
