I read reviews on dozens of fans and shopped for a long time before choosing this one. Do not let the price deter you, this fan is worth every penny! It is very sturdy and well built, does an excellent job of moving the air, and is very quiet. The attached loop makes it easy to hang inside a tent or car and the tripod legs quickly attach for use on a table. I used it on a week long camping trip in the heat of June and it was amazing. I set the timer and ran it on low for two hours each night and after a week the battery still had 3/4’s of the charge remaining! It comes in a little storage case that is really handy. It has a zippered section for the cable so it is easy to keep up with. As an added bonus the case is also roomy enough to hold my flashlight and phone charger. I am so happy with the Claymore!

I use this when inside my square drop camper, mainly at night to sleep, and when relaxing outside during the hot summer months. It works great and it puts out a lot of air to cool you down.The battery life on the 10400 version is insane and it will last a very long time.I am very happy with the purchase and I'd highly recommend this fan to anyone who wants long battery life and a fan that pushes out a lot of air. The included carry / storage case is a very nice addition..

For years, I have had a hard time sleeping without some sort of white noise. Be it a fan, or some type on audio white noise track on my phone... so while camping it can be difficult to have that soothing sound at night while my phone is mostly dead because , well I'm camping and used it up taking photos.
