Product was used on four office chairs for long-term 12-16 hour sessions of computer work daily.Male: gender. Waist size: 32 Weight: 165 lbs.Up front, the chair design, in particular, the seat design on many models may lead to discomfort. The only chair design that I found to work is a waterfall front falling design away from the legs. Waterfall front lip design won't cause pain in the underside of the legs - not for me it doesn't and I'm running two shifts back to back.It took me weeks to get adjusted into this cushion. I could tell the potential was there but that something that was causing pain. It was some of the chairs I've got - it didn't work well. One chair is a $400 chair sporting a foam cushion built in from OfficeMax. It's the same model as the other two I've got minus the seat base being contoured foam.The seats on the other two chairs of the same brand name, are mesh with no foam sporting a front and rear waterfall design. These work with this wedge cushion excellent.The other two chairs - one sporting a contoured foam base and another chair from another OEM sporting a tilt back seat base - non waterfall front nor rear, causes discomfort and pain in the underside of the leg at the front edge of the cushion from the seat itself.If coupled to a waterfall design, there's a really good chance that this seat cushion will work wonders for back, hip and leg relief. It worked wonders for me. I run long hours in chair non-stop now without issue whereas, with all the cushions - even auto wedges, it just didn't work at all. This cushion works for me very well. I highly recommend trying this cushion. It resolved my back-of-leg pain and lower and mid-back ache problems as well as best of all - truncated hip rotation issues at the pelvic region when running foam cushions. Flat foam tends to want to roll the pelvic area like a taco which, can lead to immense pain on the sides of the legs and back of legs and the hip joints. I had that really bad. That's all gone. Try it.

For my job, like many people, I sit at a desk a lot. I had been previously using a memory foam cushion with a coccyx (tailbone) cutout to help take pressure off the base of my spine. Problem is, then the weight that would have been distributed on my tailbone area ended up on my sit bones instead. Now I've been having pain in my sit bone area, probably bursitis. I've had this cushion for about a week now and so far sitting has been much more comfortable. It is obviously also important to take breaks, stretch, exercise etc., but when you need to sit and yer bum hurts, this pillow definitely helps. :-)

Very good seat.

My sciatic nerve is being rubbed by my sit bone on both sides, so it is very sore sitting on chairs without this pad. I had an Obus chair cushion and it had plastic in it and was too hard...this one is perfect for my condition. The two tendrils that are being aggravated are near the holes that are cut out, so it fits my situation perfectly. The memory foam seems really durable and the cover is easy to wash. Highly recommended.

This is a good seat cushion save for the fact that the opening on each side should be larger to allow for the periformus burse to be resting in that opening and hence allow for that burse to not sustain any pressure whatsoever when sitting down.
