My favorite way to get my magnesium.Since my illiostomy I've had issues digesting vitamins. These are easy to take. Taste great. Stop my leg cramps, and cover my magnesium needs.

These gummies taste yummy and work very well. I always get a good night sleep after taking one or two. My kids and husband also started taking them. These are a subscription for us. One thing to note sometimes through delivery the gummies melt loose their shape and start to stick together.

I have been taking for almost 2 years!!! Great effectiveness!!! But last batch I got this month have a weird flavor, the consistency of gummies now is better and not sticky but LACK effectiveness on this last batch. Picture of batch number.Thanks

These were good and tasty but I needed to switch to a different magnesium supplement (glycinate & malate). I liked that they were vegan & they arrived pretty quickly once ordered. If I had to go back to citrate, I'd use this again.

These are delicious & help me sleep. I look forward to taking my 2 gummies every night

Must've been old stock. Gummies were melted down to a one-blob-gummy. MangoPeach was tasteless. If sugar had been used to coat individual gummies, it was absorbed, had to try to tear pieces off of tbe gummy-blob by holding jar upside down. Blob was hardened, rubbery, and difficult to rip pieces off of.Wouldn't buy again.

I don't believe the potency claimed is correct. They taste amazing but not effective for me.

Taken for months Just make sure you don't take too late because they can make you have a hangover the next day
