I bought this to replace the one I had from Pampered Chef because that one got put in the dishwasher and the coating came off of it. This is a discontinued item with Pampered Chef so I was very happy to find this replacement. It is basically the same. Same sturdy structure and helps melt the ice cream to scoop easily. I recommend only handwashing this.

Good product, it's light weight and easy to handle. Good on scoops too.

I had searched for an ice cream scoop twice. The first time I bought a different one and the outside coating came off which is icky.. so when I found this one I was nervous. This scoop is great! It’s dishwasher friendly, and durable. It has a good thickness to the handle, not to big but not small, the scoop is probably 1-1.5in and makes cute little scoops. It’s comfortable in my hand and makes scooping ice cream easy. With our last scoop I had trouble with getting ice cream and this has been much easier.

I love my gold ice cream scoop. The color was exactly what I expected. It's a high quality scoop that has a good grip that is comfortable to use. I've owned it for about a year now and use it pretty regularly and it's never chipped or rusted. Very happy with my purchase.

Very light weight. Has not tarnished or shown signs of wear. Does take a little muscle power for hard frozen ice cream. I have no complaints. This is exactly as described and is a nice ice cream scoop. Has a nice smooth feel to it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I chose this because of it's price. For me, too small for an ice cream scoop. It seems very duarble and great for cookie dough or melon, but I wouldn't serve a guest a scoop of ice cream this size. So why call it "deep and big"? That is a misrepresentation! So then, a good price for a good melon scoop, but I needed it for serving ice cream at church.

Smaller than expected but it’s so precious!!!
