Good product. Only just started using it, but so far seems to be working as expected. I initially had problems installing the software. So I contacted the Viisan technical support team - from the same site I downloaded the software from. They were absolutely amazing. Responded within a few hours, first offered a list of steps I should try myself to resolve that particular issue; when this failed, they offered to fix the problem themselves, accessing my computer remotely, which they duly did and solved the problem successfully. Thank you, Viisan, for such a superb, hands-on, after-sale customer service!

Second review, first one rejected. Scanner was supplied with an EU power brick. This is illegal in the UK. After spending another £15 on a replacement power supply the scanner now works. The software is OK but the lights on the scanner make it very difficult to avoid glare from the document. So £30 pounds later for 2 separate LED lights I now have a scanner that give acceptable results. I could have achieved this with a whole boat load of other scanners for less money and far less hassle.

For the few times we have used it, working well. Good for scanning documents in their current state.
