Vibrant colours
I DO NOT like oil pastels. I hate the texture and the colour transfer, I can sit here and write essays how much I dislike them.Don't worry it's going to get positive.The packaging is beautiful and simple, don't need to mess around with too much plastic. The colour range is amazing. I love how many you get for a cheap price. The actual application, well, they are super smooth and doesn't transfer as much as other oils pastels I've used. I've used pastels where the colours look dull and scratchy but these ones I am actually happy to use.Affordable and amazing for beginners and students.Highly recommend even for oil pastel haters like me ;)

Not used pastels before, but found that they're very good for adding vibrancy to acrylic paintings. Good range of colours in pack.

Bought as a gift
Bought for a 9 year old that loves art and being creative. This kit was great value for money and had a good range of colours. If you haven’t used these before, be aware they can get quite messy so have wipes and plenty of paper available.

Odd smell and a little difficult to use
Right out of the box the smell of the oil pastels were different than the other brands. Its not the worst smell but its definitely there.Also, while using these oil pastels you do need to lean harder than usual to get out a highly pigmented line. Other than that, these are pretty alright.

These are very water soluble and great!
That pic is the oil pastels over and old watercolour, I just drew in a little Color and blended with water. Good blending.Fun. You really can use water. The only thing is I wish for more colors, but you can mix them. I put them in little pots and use like watercolor. I love these.
