My doctor did some tests and told me to supplement this exact brand of Methyl B Complex. It's very convenient to set this to reorder monthly, that way its shows up just about the time you are running out and you dont have a lapse in usage. I keep one in the house and one in the vehicle in case I forget to take it. IF you have problems absorbing B vitamins or you have the MTHFR gene this is the high quality supplement for that problem. The taste and smell of the vitamins is masked in the fruity flavor they add but it is still not super palatable or odorless. Kids might not like it but my 13 yr old will take it. The strong flavor and smell probably mean its good stuff.

A friend recommended this product to me because I have a sleep disorder that causes me to have extreme difficulty with waking up from sleep and staying awake. I was skeptical. However, when I put a few pumps of this under my tongue first thing in the morning, I can literally feel my eyes become less tired and my mind sharpen. I learned that you must try to squirt it directly under your tongue, hold it for about one minute, and then swallow with some sort of beverage because it tastes pretty nasty. The less it touches your tongue, the better! Trust me though, the taste is worth it. My energy from this lasts about 4 hours and there seems to be little to no “crash” afterwords. Highly, highly recommend. This has saved my life.

I am giving this product 5 stars because I love the delivery system and I love how it makes me feel. I have taken vitamins for YEARS and I never feel a thing. Well it turns out I have little to no stomach acid so breaking them down is nearly impossible. This however works for me and I look forward to taking it every day because of the energy I feel. I am no longer needing a nap mid day and completely wiped out. The flavor however is Terrible. Since there is no sugar to flavor it up which I love, and its such a small dose I just deal with it,but it literally reminds me of some chemical I would find out in the garage for working on cars. It really is awful. I think I B vitamins have the worst smell in the world.. this tastes like what it would taste like if you popped one in your mouth and just chewed it up. Nasty.. But for the benefit I will just suck it up and deal with it. Fanfastic product!

Beware of cheap packaging and expired product! I just received my order this morning. As soon as I began unwrapping the outer plastic seal, the entire bottle popped open, and the full contents spilled out onto my clothing, the floor, and furniture, instantly staining everything and releasing a foul, nauseating odor that is making everyone in the house nauseous.Not only was the $52 bottle completely wasted, but my clothing was ruined (see photo), and I am now dealing with a stench so strong that I have to leave the house. The product smells rancid, not like any vitamin complex I’ve ever used.To make matters worse, the bottle itself looks old and possibly pre-leaked (see photo). The label was melted and unreadable, making it impossible to see the expiration date. The packaging was unprofessional and gave me serious concerns about quality control.I would really appreciate a replacement bottle or a refund. I was excited to try this complex based on other reviews, but this experience has been extremely disappointing

I have tried dozens and dozens of every kind of vitamin B supplement on the market. And all of those supplements in the thousands of dollars I wasted I never once could tell any difference taking them. But OMG... I feel an incredible difference with this supplement. I also take Adderall for ADHD and narcolepsy this supplement kicks in and helps my energy level to a degree that rivals many medications I’ve taken including Adderall. The way I know it’s working incredibly well is when I do not take B vitamins every day I start to get canker sores on my tongue and terrible dry mouth from the Adderall. Which I had when I started this product I had 2 on my tongue. Within 24 hours they were gone! No BS! My dry mouth is so much better as well. I’m not a big review person but this supplement deserves it. So if anyone reading this is looking for an incredible B vitamin supplement “that actually works” this is it. The taste is not that great, but you only have to hold in your mouth for 30 seconds.
